Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from Glowvara. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, exchanges, and issue refunds. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which applies to all customers in Australia.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date confirmed by tracking information. Requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for a return or refund, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- Unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
- In the same condition as when received — unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
Research compounds that have been opened, reconstituted, or had their seals broken cannot be returned under any circumstances, due to the integrity and safety requirements of these products. This restriction does not affect your statutory rights.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund (except as required by ACL):
- Opened or used research compounds.
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused after delivery.
- Products purchased during a sale or using a discount code (unless faulty).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect item.
- A photograph of the outer packaging showing any transit damage.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Change of Mind
We accept change-of-mind returns for sealed, unopened products within 14 days. In this case:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +61 448 807 583 with your order number and reason for return. Do not send products back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be processed.
Once your return is authorised, we will provide you with a return address and any shipping instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
