All products sold by Glowvara are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not approved for human or animal consumption, are not medicines, and have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or any other regulatory authority.

By purchasing from Glowvara, you represent and warrant that:

• You are aged 18 years or older.
• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licenced professional with a legitimate research purpose.
• You will use the compounds solely for lawful, non-clinical laboratory research.
• You will not administer these compounds to any human or animal.
• You accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Glowvara reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. Glowvara may verify your age at any time and cancel orders placed by minors.

Glowvara reserves the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. We endeavour to ensure product information is accurate, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Glowvara reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. Glowvara accepts your offer only upon dispatch of your order. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. All transactions are subject to Shopify’s terms and privacy policy.

Glowvara reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, ineligible purchaser, or product unavailability. A full refund will be issued for any cancelled orders.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment clearance. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days within Australia. These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased passes to you upon delivery. Glowvara is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Glowvara and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Products are sold “as is” for research purposes only. Glowvara makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for any particular purpose beyond legitimate laboratory research. We do not warrant that products will produce any specific research outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glowvara and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including any misuse of research compounds.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glowvara and its affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of any product purchased.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Glowvara reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
